Terms of cancellation

  1. Cancellation before arrival:
    the deposit will be retained by the proprietor. This latter can request the remainder of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the booked arrival date. If the guest does not show up within the 24 hours following the date of arrival stipulated in the contract, the proprietor can rent the booked room to another guest. The deposit will be retained by the proprietor who will require you to pay the remainder of the price of the stay.
  2. If the stay is shortened, the price of the room will be retained by the proprietor. No refunds will be made.
